Order confirmation and delivery
Once you have decided which vouchers to purchase and reviewed your order, you will be asked to complete your contact and shipping details. Once these are completed and you submit your order you will be redirected to sagepay.com, our commercial partners to process all payments. Once payment has been authorised we will then arrange for delivery. We have taken the utmost care to make sure your goods arrive with you in pristine condition., but if your package is damaged in any way please contact our customer services department via email at email@example.com and we will arrange for a re-delivery.
Credit Card Security
On placing your order you are transferred to SagePay to make your purchase. All credit card details are processed at this site. For all enquiries relating to payments, please contact SagePay directly.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform SagePay of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the goods. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address. You will receive a confirmation email from Maman Blanc with your order review, and a second email from SagePay confirming your payment.
We accept all cards shown below (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, Solo, Switch, JCB).
Value Added Tax (VAT)
All prices are listed inclusive of VAT where applicable at the prevailing rate. Certain items are VAT exempt and these will be clearly listed on your order review.
Delivery Rates and Schedule
We aim to deliver your order promptly. However, you must allow up to 10 days for us to despatch the product(s) of your choice, but please allow longer during periods of bad weather. Our products are despatched a number of methods and in most cases there is not a delivery fee. We do not offer compensation for late delivery, but if your order is to be delayed for any foreseeable reason we will notify you immediately by email. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the product(s), as long as it is in the same condition and has not been used. All you have to do is inform us that you are returning the product(s) and the reason for wanting a refund. We would prefer by email or phone as this allows us to deal with the problem quickly and efficiently. Although alternatively you can contact us by post (contact details at bottom of page). We will then advise you on the best way to return the product(s), once we have received the products you will receive a full refund.
We offer a full replacement guarantee if your order arrives damaged. Please email us immediately if your product(s) arrives damaged. You must retain both the product(s) and the original packaging in case our courier service needs to inspect them at your premises. Any damage caused after you have taken delivery will not be liable by us.
Any items which you purchase may be subject to minor colour variations to the on screen representations – electronic pictures cannot perfectly represent original product. Neither mamanblanc.com nor it’s associates can be liable for this and similarly we cannot be responsible for the durability of any product.
